1. Complex molecular imaging and analysis, genome-wide screening.
2. Quantitative fluorescence analyses of cells, tissues, and chromosomes.
Some of the technologies the workshops will cover include: Microarrays and functional genomics, magnetic microbead technology, M-FISH, deconvolution and 3D imaging, confocal microscopy, laser microdissection, quantification of fluorescent signals, Q-FISH, SKY and spectral imaging.
